For Hobart builders looking for a reliable subcontract framing carpenter — that’s me. I’m Corey. Twenty years on the tools, fifteen of them on structural framing. Certificate III in Carpentry, fully insured, ABN 95 386 997 041, GST registered. Fully equipped and self-sufficient on site.

Framing is what I’ve done most. Wall frames, floor systems, roof frames, pitched and truss, standard studs and stick-built where the plans call for it. Domestic and light commercial. I’ve worked full frame-ups from slab to sarking with a two-man crew, and I’ve worked as one of a larger site team when that’s what the job needed. Either way I turn up when I say I will and I frame square, plumb and to the drawings.

What I bring to a site:

• Twenty years’ carpentry experience, fifteen on frames.
• Certificate III in Carpentry — a full trade qualification.
• Fully equipped — nothing to hire, nothing to wait on.
• Full public liability insurance.
• ABN 95 386 997 041, GST registered — clean invoicing, weekly or by milestone as your books prefer.
• Comfortable working solo, in a small crew, or under a leading hand on a bigger site.
• Domestic new-builds, extensions and additions. Light commercial where framing is timber.

How I engage: day rate or fixed price by arrangement. Every builder runs their books differently, so I’ll fit around yours. Send me the scope, drawings and program and I’ll come back same day with a rate or a fixed price and my availability window. If the job is urgent I’ll tell you straight whether I can get on it or not — no dragging you along.

Where I work: Hobart and surrounds — greater Hobart, Glenorchy, Kingborough, Clarence, Sorell, Brighton. Further out is negotiable depending on the run and the duration of the job.
