Most renovations need more than a carpenter, and the slow part is never the carpentry — it’s waiting on everyone else. I run the job. You deal with me, the trades turn up when I say they will, and the work moves in the right order.

What’s included

• Carpentry — framing, fix-out, decks, cladding, doors, custom timber work

How it works

1. 1. Text or send photos of the space and what you’re after.
2. 2. Site visit. I walk it with you and work out the order of trades.
3. 3. Fixed price before anything starts — each trade’s quote put together with mine, so you see the whole job up front.
4. 4. One schedule. The trades turn up in sequence and I’m on site through it.
5. 5. Done and cleaned up — one person to call if anything needs a tweak.

Where a job needs a builder

I’m a qualified carpenter, not a builder. Where the work needs a builder’s contract, I work alongside a builder — yours, or one we line up for the job — and I stay your one point of contact.
